Medical Billing Services - Medical billing services provide a valuable service that enhances any medical practice’s ability to increase their A/R collections and reduce cost.  We are a full service Medical Billing Reimbursement/Consulting firm dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional billing accuracy, maximum reimbursement for all services, and claims follow up on any unpaid claims every 30 days.

Consulting - IBS offers many consulting services, from chart audits to accreditation.

• Chart Audits - Ever wonder how you would fare if the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the Office of Inspector General performed a random audit of your facility? Our knowledgeable experts will audit your existing charts to pinpoint areas where you may be deficient and need to be obtaining more documentation on future patients.

• Billing System – Do you have a billing system in place but wonder if it’s running as efficiently as possible?  We can help you recognize areas where your system can be improved to maximize your productivity and profitability. Our goal is to help you get the most out of your existing system.

• Training Classes - Do you feel your staff could be more efficient if they had a better understanding of billing practices and guidelines for the services you offer? We offer general classes that we guarantee will maximize your reimbursement.  We also will customize classes to fit your practice and particular needs.

• Accreditation – Overwhelmed by the whole accreditation process.  IBS offers a solution to HME/DME companies.  Our Policy and Procedure Manual offers a great start to the process and has proven to be all you need.  If you use it and customize it to your company you will be well on your way to becoming accredited.  However, if it still seems overwhelming, we offer consulting services that will help you implement those Policies and Procedures and prepare you for the survey process.  Please contact us for more information.
